The Royal Wedding

In the land of Thunder Dragoon, the Pelden Druk,

The Dragon King Jigme Khesar sat on the throne,

We the people of landlocked kingdom, Bhutan

Filled with the serenity and the prayers of the public,

Help our beloved king to statute as proceeding to,

With the dedication towards the people of Bhutan.

Our thirty one year old His Majesty the King Jigme,

Then announced in the Parliament of Bhutan.

The wedding will take place in October this year,

We the people were crammed with cheerfulness.

Queen Jetsun Pema, the linage of Pangtey Choejee,

Is kind and wholesome extra-ordinary woman.

This is the occasion where all the people to articulate,

The views and the congratulations to their Majesties;

I prayed to have enormous wedding ceremony.

Nationals of the Kingdom will take pleasure on the day,

That by no means comes once after numerous decades.

I solemnly pray for the Royal Couple’s wedding.

Our compassionate, People’s King Jigme khesar,

Loved by the citizens of Bhutan and all over the world.

The people of Bhutan treasured the way Queen looks,

The way Queen accompanied the His Majesty the King,
